VICTORY
Barack Obama Elected 44th President of the United States

After 8 long years of George Bush and a Republican run Washington, the people have said enough is enough and have chosen CHANGE! History has been made on several fronts during this entire election process. There are challenges facing President-Elect Barack Obama... the battered economy & creating jobs are just a couple of examples, neither of which has a quick fix. It is going to be an uphill battle, but a battle that can and will be won.
On Election night Obama told the 100,000+ people in attendance at Grant Park in Chicago, "If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible, who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time, who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer." - "It's been a long time coming. But tonight, because of what we did on this day in this election at this defining moment, CHANGE HAS COME TO AMERICA." He also addressed those who didn't vote for him by saying,
"To those American whose support I have yet to earn, I may not have won your vote, but I hear your voices, I need your help, and I will be your President, too."
